At Petit Dove, we want you to love your cozy layers, which is why we offer a clear, compliant, and Worry-Free Policy.
I. Our Exchange & Return Promise (14 Days)
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to request an exchange or full refund for any product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, with the following conditions:

Original State Required: The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons and in line with standard retail practices, Underwear, Swimwear, and Lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged if their packaging/seal has been removed.

Defective/Faulty Items: If the product has a manufacturing defect, the exchange/refund period is extended to 30 days from the date of receipt, and all associated costs will be covered by Petit Dove.
II. Shipping Costs & Fees

Returns Due to Product Fault (Petit Dove’s Error): If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item/size sent by us, Petit Dove will bear all shipping costs for the return and the exchange or refund.

Returns for Change of Mind (Customer's Request): If you request a return or exchange for any reason not due to a fault on Petit Dove's side (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color preference), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return shipment.

Refund Deductions: If a refund is processed for a non-fault return, the initial delivery fee paid on the order (and the return shipping cost, if we arrange the pickup) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
III. Refund Processing (Crucial COD Update)
Once the returned item is received at our facility and passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method, with special provisions for Cash on Delivery.

Processing Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date we confirm receipt and approval of the returned items.
